The coffee shop within Doña Maria Subdivision in Tagas, Daraga, Albay. We planned to have some light snacks before dinner, so we just ordered Classic Thai Tea and Chicken Wings with fries. It should have been six wings, but they only served five. I wasn’t planning to count them, but good thing I did! I informed the staff, and they immediately cooked the missing one… and even gave me an extra. Yay! It was the Sriracha flavor, and it was so good. It’s actually Honey Sriracha, but I asked them not to add honey (best decision of the night lol). The place is pretty cozy, with both indoor and alfresco seating. I preferred to stay indoors since it was quite hot that late afternoon, though the AC wasn’t cold enough… hopefully they fix that soon. Their toilet is clean and even has a bidet (perfect! ). However, there’s a small gap connecting the kitchen and the toilet, so sometimes the smells might mix a bit….not ideal. Overall, the experience was okay! I’ll definitely go back to try more of their food because the other dishes looked really delicious.

Laveranda Cafe in Daraga is a fantastic new spot that's perfect for a chill tambayan session. The ambiance is one of its biggest draws—it's got a cozy, laid-back vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. The place is well-lit and comfortable, with a good playlist that isn't too loud, allowing for great conversations. We tried their Carbonara, and it was a solid choice. The sauce was creamy without being too rich, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. The fries were your classic, satisfying snack, and the nachos were generously topped with a good mix of ingredients. Pair these with their drinks, and you've got a great spread for a group. The combination of good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a variety of snacks makes Laveranda Cafe an excellent addition to Daraga's food scene. It's a place where you can relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy some tasty comfort food. Definitely a must-visit for anyone looking for a new hangout spot.
